Frequently Asked Questions

  • We currently offer Mat Pilates and Sculpt classes. Both focus on building strength, improving mobility, and supporting overall fitness in a fun, welcoming environment.

  • No experience is required. Classes are designed for all levels, and instructors offer options so you can work at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Wear something you feel comfortable moving in. We recommend form-fitting or athletic clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching. Please avoid clothing with buttons or zippers, as well as anything that could be uncomfortable on the mat. Since we are a family-friendly facility, we ask that attire be appropriate and secure for all ages.

  • Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first class, to get settled and meet your instructor.

  • Our mat pilates classes last for 45 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down.

  • Yes! We currently offer class packs with two options: 4 classes or 8 classes. Class packs are a great option if you’re looking to stay consistent without committing to a full schedule.

We are also in the process of adding monthly memberships and will share more details as soon as they are available.

  • We understand that plans can change. To keep classes running smoothly for everyone:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the start of class to receive a class credit or avoid a charge. Credits will expire 30 days following the date of cancellation.

    • No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit or forfeiture of that session.

    • If Shooting Starz Pilates must cancel a class (due to instructor illness or low enrollment), you will be notified promptly and offered a class credit.

    • Monthly membership holders are responsible for attending scheduled sessions within their package period; unused classes do not roll over and reset on the 1st of each month.
